Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Locations

Orders are fulfilled through both in-house shipping and third-party fulfillment partners. Products ship from the following locations:

  •        Winneconne, WI
  •        Lebanon, KY
  •        Sheboygan, WI

Shipping is offered year-round. All processing and shipping timelines are based on business days only. Weekends and holidays are not included. Holiday closures will extend lead times.

Order Processing Time

Order processing times vary by product:

  •        Napkin Flat: approximately 2 weeks
  •        Napkin Folded: approximately 4 weeks
  •        Napkin Print: approximately 4 weeks
  •        Bath Towels: approximately 3 weeks
  •        Wipers: approximately 3 weeks
  •        CRTs: approximately 1–2 business days

Processing timelines begin once an order is received and confirmed. Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States and Canada only.

We do not ship to:

       PO Boxes

Orders outside the U.S. and Canada are not supported.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders ship using one or more of the following methods, depending on order size and destination:

       UPS

       FedEx

       Freight carriers (LTL)

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available for qualifying orders, including:

       LTL Express

       Small package Next Day Air

       Small package 2nd Day

       Small package 3rd Day

Expedited availability and pricing vary by product and location.

Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping rates are calculated based on order details, including product type, size, weight, and destination.

Shipping fees are refundable only when the error is caused by MSP. Shipping fees are not refundable when issues result from customer error.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on location and shipping method.

All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions or customs processing for Canadian shipments.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to Canada only.

Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees. Packages are not marked as gifts, and declared values are not altered.

Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs delays.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Shipping issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.

MSP is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, mechanical breakdowns, or similar circumstances. MSP may be responsible for delays caused by missed delivery appointments.

Address Errors & Failed Deliveries

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, MSP will attempt to obtain the correct address and reattempt delivery. If delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned to MSP.

Customers are responsible for reshipping costs when the address error is the customer’s fault. Refunds for returned orders due to address errors are issued only when the error is caused by MSP.

Returns & Shipping Costs

Refunds of original shipping charges are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return and where fault lies.
