Contract Converting

Nature’s Linen disposable products can be customized through a wide range of converting options. Available formats include flat sheets, quarter, sixth, and eighth folds, rolls, and other custom configurations. Laminating supports two-, three-, and four-ply materials with half- to one-inch side trim, and rolls can be shrink wrapped or sleeved up to 80 inches. Multiple material options are available to meet different application needs.

Scrim

Strong, durable, and lint-free, scrim is made with reinforced tissue for reliable performance. It provides extra scrub strength and excellent wipe-dry properties, making it a cost-effective choice for general wiping, glass, and smooth surfaces.

Airlaid

Made with natural fibers, Airlaid is a soft, non-woven material with high absorbency and low lint. It offers a strong alternative to cloth and is well suited for general cleaning tasks and wiping up spills.

Double Re-Creped Cellulose (DRC)

DRC is a non-woven wiper made from wood pulp and binders for added durability and softness. With high absorbency, strong wipe-dry performance, and medium lint, it is ideal for grease, oil, and automotive or janitorial applications.
