Customers requesting branded or custom-printed products agree to:

  • Provide accurate artwork

  • Approve proofs before production

  • Acknowledge that production timelines begin after proof approval

  • Accept small production variances common in manufacturing

We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate

  • You are authorized to use the payment method

  • Prices are subject to change prior to order submission

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, supply chain issues, or events outside our control do not constitute a breach of contract.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy (provided below). Custom-printed products are non-returnable unless defective.
