1. Eligibility for Returns
Standard Products
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

The product is in its original condition

A return authorization number is issued
Custom-Printed Products
Because custom-printed items are made to your specifications, they are non-returnable unless:

The product is materially defective

The product differs from the approved proof
Proof approval constitutes acceptance of the design.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Include your order number and reason for return

We will provide return instructions
Return shipping cost may apply unless the product is defective.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after items are received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
