As Plant Manager at Midwest Specialty Products, Kim is responsible for the entire production process.  She plans, organizes and recommend strategies in ensuring that the product is produced successfully, and in accordance with all specifications and understands that quality is never to be compromised.  Kim ensures that that team’s goals are aligned with and representative of the overall company’s directive.  Being part of the leadership team, Kim acts as liaison between team members and other functional areas of the organization.
